Trump Demands To Be Reinstated After Repeating His ‘Big Lie’

(NewsGlobal.com)- Last week, former President Donald Trump went on a tirade on Truth Social after the January 6 committee approved criminal referrals against him.

During its final televised meeting last Monday, the partisan committee voted unanimously to urge the Department of Justice to prosecute the former president on four criminal charges: obstructing an official proceeding, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to make a false statement, and insurrection.

The following day, Trump said in a Truth Social post that the FBI colluded with Twitter to get Joe Biden elected. He reiterated his belief that the 2020 election was “RIGGED & STOLEN.”

Rehashing 2016, Trump said the government spied on his campaign, and then tried and failed to “RIGG” the election.

He asked whether something should be done about it or if someone “who was elected by cheating and fraud” should be allowed to “stay in office and continue to destroy our Country?”

This isn’t the first time the former president has hinted that Joe Biden should be removed from office so Trump could take his place. Nor is it likely to be the last time.

In early December, after journalist Matt Taibbi released the first installment of the Twitter Files featuring internal documents on Twitter’s decision to censor the New York Post’s report on Hunter’s laptop, Trump took to Truth Social where he railed against “MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION” and suggested that he either be declared the “RIGHTFUL WINNER” of the 2020 election or that a 2020 election do-over be held.

Trump also suggested that given the fraud, we should be allowed to terminate “rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” adding that the Founding Fathers would never “condone” “False & Fraudulent Elections!”

In another Truth Social post a few days later, Trump demanded that the 2020 election “go to the rightful winner” or “at a minimum, be redone.” Trump also argued that there should be “no time limit” for an election re-do when there is “open and blatant fraud.”
