(NewsGlobal.com)- It was reported last week that former New York City Mayor and noted pothead Bill de Blasio will be joining Harvard University this fall as a teaching fellow.
Yeah, really.
For Democrats, failure is always a resumé-enhancer.
The bungling former mayor who screwed up the city’s pandemic response and failed to pay his campaign’s bills will be teaching at both the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Institute of Politics at Harvard’s Kennedy School.
At the School of Public Health, de Blasio will be holding one-on-one mentoring sessions, no doubt on how to deal with overflowing body bags at the city morgue and the increasing feces on the streets from homeless drug addicts.
The news of de Blasio inexplicably joining the Harvard faculty caught the attention of Fox News host Tucker Carlson who had a little fun at de Blasio’s expense.
During his show last Wednesday, Tucker mocked Harvard’s latest addition, suggesting that after failing as a congressional candidate, de Blasio needed some kind of job to pay for his “weed habit” and Harvard was just the place.
