Critic Calls RFK Jr “Shirtless Putin” In Disturbing Nickname

Dr. Peter Hotez is aggravating his conflict with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. by refusing to debate him on Joe Rogan’s show.

Hotez said that Joe Rogan was spreading false information after RFK Jr. discussed his stance against vaccinations on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. The podcast host said on June 17 that if Hotez debated RFK Jr., he would donate $100,000 to a charity of Hotez’s choosing. Hotez turned down the offer.

Hotez, dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, has been critical of RFK Jr., a Democrat, despite his refusal to engage in a public debate with him. Most recently, he refused to back down when he was called out for not being in as good of shape as RFK Sr., who is four years his senior.

Author, radio host, and entrepreneur Patrick Bet-David asked on Twitter

which one of these people seemed to be in better health. Now 69 years old, RFK Jr., or Dr. Hotez, who turned 65 recently.

He uploaded images of Hotez in a lab coat and of RFK Jr. without his shirt after a workout. A video of RFK Jr. using an outdoor gym became viral on Twitter, with over 15.5 million views.  Hotez declared he had no desire to go shirtless on a horse like Vladimir Putin.

The fact that Dr. Peter Hotez wouldn’t debate author and litigator Robert Kennedy, Jr. over the efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines made headlines this year.

Hotez instead chose to show anger at Kennedy and Joe Rogan, who had RFK Jr. appear on his program several times.

Hotez has refused to defend his past work or the so-called “science” supporting COVID vaccinations.  He claimed that Science was not a subject to be debated.

A report from late December 2021 states that Dr. Hotez received $1 million per year in funding from Dr. Fauci.
