Ron DeSantis Gets Asked Which Trump Nickname He Prefers

(NewsGlobal.com)- According to a report, “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” host Piers Morgan asked Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL)  whether he had a favorite among the many nicknames Trump has been calling him.

After Trump announced his presidential campaign in November, speculation has grown that DeSantis may run for the Republican nomination in 2024.

Trump has publicly called DeSantis “Ron DeSanctimonious” and “Ron DeSanctus.”

According to the NY Times, the ex-president has privately referred to the governor as “Meatball Ron,” but Trump has said that rumor was false.

Morgan asked DeSantis Which of Trump’s nicknames was his favorite. Was it “Meatball Ron” or “Ron DeSanctimonious.”

DeSantis responded that he didn’t know how to spell ‘DeSanctimonious'” or what it signifies, but it’s appealing. There are several vowels in it. It’s not a problem. He said to call him what you like. He doesn’t care as long as you add ‘winner.’

Trump has claimed credit for DeSantis’s 2018 gubernatorial victory via his endorsement.  Trump has accused DeSantis of being disloyal due to DeSantis’ appearance of running a shadow-presidency campaign.

According to a report, immediately after Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s appearance on Newsmax, former Trump advisor, Seb Gorka tore into him.

“The Balance” presenter Eric Bolling questioned DeSantis whether he would consider becoming Trump’s vice presidential contender if it came to that on Thursday’s episode. DeSantis is widely expected to run for president in 2024.

DeSantis disregarded the proposal.

The report reveals DeSantis said he liked to believe he’s more of an executive. He wants the capacity to act.  Those are the reasons he chose to be Governor. He said he liked the power to act, and that’s where he feels most at home.

According to Gorka, the governor’s interview was an embarrassment.

And now DeSantis demonstrates how large his ego is by saying he refuses the idea of being a VP because his title is “executive.”  For some reason, Ron believes it’s beneath him.
